- Check in is at 3 p.m. and check out is at 12 p.m.
- Do you allow smoking on property? In the rooms?
- This hotel is completely non smoking. We do not allow smoking in our rooms, public areas or the restaurant.
- How much do you charge for high-speed Internet access?
- We offer complimentary Wi-Fi Internet access in all guest rooms and public spaces with Kimpton InTouch membership.
- Do you have high-speed wired and/or wireless internet access available?
- Wireless internet access is available throughout the hotel and high-speed wired internet access is available in all guestrooms.
- Do you have a fitness center? What kind of equipment does it have? What are the hours?
- Yes, we have a complimentary 24-hour on-site fitness room with Precor cardio machines, free weights, exercise mats and exercise balls.
- Do you offer room service? What are the hours?
- Yes, room service is available 24-hours a day, and early bird breakfast options are available at 6 a.m.
- Do you have a business center?
- Yes, business services are available.
- Do you have a pool?
- Yes, guests do have access to a nearby pool.
- Do you have a spa? What are the hours?

- Do you offer free shuttle service from the airport?
- We offer a complimentary shuttle service to and from San Jose International Airport. Please contact the concierge for transportation assistance.
- What are your cross streets?
- We are located on S. De Anza Blvd and Stevens Creek Blvd.
- Do you have onsite parking? How much is parking? Is it included in my room rate?
- Valet Parking is available for $15 over night and self parking is complimentary.
Reservations
- How do I view my reservation?

- Will your rooms allow rollaways/cribs/playards? Is there a charge?
- Rollaway beds vary from room type to room type. The cost of a rollaway is $20 a night. Cribs are available free of charge.
- I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?
- You need to contact the channel through which you made your reservation.
- What is the minimum age requirement to check in to the room?
- You must be 18 years of age with a valid ID to check in to the hotel.
- What is your cancellation/deposit policy?
- We require a credit card at the time of booking. You must cancel outside of 24 hours prior to arrival (4 p.m. local hotel time) to avoid a one night's room and tax to your card. Please note that for special rates, packages and certain seasons, this policy is subject to change.
- Is my ID/passport required at check in?
- Yes, a valid ID is required at the time of check in.
- What age do kids stay for free?
- Kids 17 and under stay for free in existing bedding when accompanying an adult.
- Do you have connecting rooms?
- Yes, we have some connecting rooms at the hotel. You may make a request for connecting rooms; however, they are not guaranteed.
- Do you have accessible rooms?
- Yes, we have accessible rooms. Some of these rooms include modified bath tubs with bars and added facility, and some include a roll-in shower. For more information on the accessible features of our hotel, click here.
- Do you have an early departure fee?
- Yes, an early departure fee in an amount of up to one night's room and tax may apply.
Restaurant
- What are the hours of the restaurant/bar/lounge?
- Weekdays:
Breakfast: 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Lunch: 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Dinner: 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. (Friday's till 10:00 p.m.)
Bar: Open until 12 midnight Monday through Saturday. The bar closes at 10:00 p.m. on Sundays.
Weekends:
Brunch: A la carte menu from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (Special Sunday Champagne Brunch from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. is also available.)
Dinner: 5:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Bar: 11:00 a.m. to Midnight on Saturday till 10:00 p.m. on Sunday
Accounting
- I have questions about my bill. Who do I call?
- You may contact the hotel at 408.253.8900 and ask for the accounting department.
- What forms of payment are accepted to pay for my room?
- We accept all major credit cards. At time of check in your credit card will be authorized for the full amount of your total room and tax, plus an additional $50.00 per night for any other personal charges you might have. Once you check out, all funds authorized which you did not use, will be released back to your credit card within 5 business days. Cash can only be used at time of check out; we still require a credit card to check in. The credit card must always have availability to be authorized. Debit cards will be treated the same as credit cards except a debit card authorized will remove the funds directly from your checking account. Based on your personal bank sometimes these unused funds can take weeks to return to your checking account. Sorry we do not except personal checks.
Pets
- Are pets allowed? Are there restrictions for weight, height or types?
- Yes, pets are allowed at the hotel with no restrictions.
- Do you have pet free rooms for those with allergies?
- Yes, we have designated pet-friendly floors.
- Do you have pet sitting or dog walking services?
- Our staff will gladly assist with dog walking or sitting services in the area.
- How far do you have to walk to take your pet out?
- There is a community park adjacent to our hotel. Also, Memorial Park is just a one half mile walk away.

- I want flowers, chocolates, champagne, gifts sent to the room. How do I do this?
