Chef Kraten, Specializing in fresh, seasonal ingredients imaginatively prepared with a California twist (think filet of beef sliders with Point Reyes blue cheese and caramelized onions), Park Place's appeal extends beyond the menu to include its ambiance: a handsome open space accented with hardwoods and leather.
