Energy/Emissions Reductions
- All bottled water sourced in the United States
Waste Reduction
- No Styrofoam or disposable cups
- Washable teaspoons for coffee stations—no plastic or wood stir sticks
- Ketchup, mustard, cream cheese, butter and preserves—not individually packaged
- Pitchers of water in meeting rooms with washable glassware—not disposable
- Paper recycling containers in all meeting rooms
- All materials are printed on post-consumer recycled paper
- Paperless services—electronic distribution of sales proposals, catering menus and banquet event orders unless specifically requested by clients
Recycled Products
- Lunches to-go use containers and plastic ware made from recycled or eco-friendly materials
- Paper napkins from recycled materials and washable cloth napkins
- All sales collateral, meeting notepads and coasters are on recycled paper
